Does any one have any good nausea remedy suggestions? Willing to try anything!! As long as it can be safely done while pregnant, that is.
I don't puke, thankfully, but my nausea seems to be getting worse. In fact I have so many food aversions this is the list of things so far I crave and/or do not get nausea from eating:
cheeseburgers
french fries
donuts
chocolate
ice cream
Sounds like a very "healthy" list, doesn't it? LOL. Sadly when I eat these, I feel better. So far I've tried a variety of other meals that have been failures. I love their taste, but instant nausea. I'm still trying different recipes to rule out what I can eat without issue (tomorrow probably will be chicken quesidillas, hoping that goes over well).
Other wise.. what has helped your nausea? Any tips? I'd appreciate it.

I am having the same problem. The list of what I can eat is dwindling and I have bascially decided to force down protein smoothies instead of dinner. I read about an organic spray that really helps to relieve nauseau so I am going to try to find it in store this week. It's by a company called Earth Mama Angel Baby and it's called Organic Happy Mama Spray.
Thanks for stopping by my blog, as for how did I find the energy to clean out my closet?? I slept for 2 days prior to and one day after...lol.
As for the nausea I have found a candy called Preggie Pop Drops. I got them at Babies R Us.
They really worked for me, some other people say they don't work, but I lived off them for a while!!!
I have heard from other pregnant folks (not that I've ever needed them myself!) that peppermint candies/candy canes work well, any kind of mint tea (spearmint, peppermint), and those preggie pops work well. Although I could not make myself take something called a preggie pop. The name itself makes me vomit.
Hope the nausea subsides soon!
I had a friend that swore by the Preggie Pops. She said it was the only thing that worked for her.(also, check ebay) I found them at Motherhood Maternity. They are online as well as in most malls. (I think there is one in the mall in Kent.) Something I saw today made me think of you... check this out. http://www.babyhopes.com/psibands-acupressure-wrist-bracelet.html Ya never know. Hope something helps. :)
